We want every paid month to be worth it. If something isn’t working — a failed render, a buggy analysis, a charge you didn’t intend — email hello@ai-ad-generator.comand we’ll sort it out. The defaults below cover the rest.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and we won’t charge you for the next cycle. There’s no minimum commitment beyond the cycle you’re currently in.
2. Subscription refunds
Within 7 days of any subscription charge, email hello@ai-ad-generator.com from the email on your account and we’ll refund unused subscription credits prorated to the day of your refund request. “Unused” means credits that haven’t been spent on an analysis, video render, character image, or other operation listed on the pricing page.
Outside the 7-day window, subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancel any time to stop the next cycle.
3. Topup credits
Topup credit purchases (the $50 / 5,000-credit pack and any future tier) are non-refundable— but they also never expire. They stay on your account even if you pause or cancel your subscription, and reactivate when you resubscribe. That’s the trade-off: you can’t get the cash back, but you also can’t lose the credits.
4. Failed renders and broken runs
If a video render or analysis fails for a reason on our side (model timeout, infrastructure error, corrupted output), we automatically refund the credits to your account. You don’t need to ask. If credits weren’t refunded but you believe a run shouldn’t have been billed, email us with the run ID and we’ll review.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please email us first — almost every billing problem can be resolved within a day. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is in progress.
6. Taxes
Refunds are net of any taxes already remitted to taxing authorities, where those taxes are non-recoverable.
