We want every paid month to be worth it. If something isn’t working — a failed render, a buggy analysis, a charge you didn’t intend — email hello@ai-ad-generator.comand we’ll sort it out. The defaults below cover the rest.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and we won’t charge you for the next cycle. There’s no minimum commitment beyond the cycle you’re currently in.
2. Subscription refunds
Subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (see §1), so the cycle you paid for stays fully usable until it ends — the charge isn’t “unused.” Cancel anytime to stop the next cycle.
3. Topup credits
Unused topup credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Email hello@ai-ad-generator.com from the email on your account and we’ll refund the unused portion. Already-spent credits aren’t recoverable — we’ve already paid the upstream model providers (Gemini, Claude, Nano Banana, Seedance) for that inference.
Outside the 7-day window, topup credits aren’t refundable but they also never expire. They stay on your account even if you pause or cancel your subscription, and reactivate when you resubscribe.
4. Failed renders and broken runs
If a video render or analysis fails for a reason on our side (model timeout, infrastructure error, corrupted output), we automatically refund the credits to your account. You don’t need to ask. If credits weren’t refunded but you believe a run shouldn’t have been billed, email us with the run ID and we’ll review.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please email us first — almost every billing problem can be resolved within a day. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is in progress.
6. Taxes
Refunds are net of any taxes already remitted to taxing authorities, where those taxes are non-recoverable.
